Shipping, Delivery, Cancellation & Refund Policy

Shipping & Delivery
- Domestic (India): Orders are shipped via registered domestic courier companies and/or India Post Speed Post only.
- International: Orders are shipped via reputed international couriers and/or International Speed Post only.
- Dispatch: Orders are handed to the courier/postal authority within 3â5 working days from order confirmation and payment, or as per any delivery date agreed at checkout.
- Delivery estimates depend on destination and courier performance. Maxtern Media is not liable for courier or postal delays beyond the point of handover.
- Delivery is made to the shipping address provided by the buyer. Ensure address accuracy to avoid delivery failure or extra charges.
Cancellation
- Cancellation requests are accepted only if submitted within 24 hours of placing the order and before the order has been processed, dispatched, or communicated to vendors.
- Once processing or shipping is initiated or vendors have been notified, cancellations are not permitted.
- Digital services and personalized/custom items cannot be cancelled.
No Refund Policy
Maxtern Media does not provide refunds under any circumstances. All payments are final and non-refundable. By placing an order you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive damaged or defective goods you must report the issue to our Customer Service team on the same day of delivery with photo or video evidence.
- We will coordinate with the merchant for verification. Replacement or corrective action may be offered at Maxtern Media's discretion. Refunds will not be issued.
- Complaints made after the same day of delivery will not be eligible for review under this clause.
Manufacturer Warranty
Items that include a manufacturer warranty should be taken up directly with the manufacturer or authorized service center. Maxtern Media can assist with escalation but will not issue refunds.
